• Our ventilated moisture box facilitates uniform airflow within the hive in cold winters.
• Features a two-compartment design to efficiently regulate moisture levels.
• The bottom shim can be filled with fondant, serving as an extra food reserve for your bees.
• Any excess moisture condenses on the fondant, maintaining its moisture content for bee consumption.
• Once the fondant is depleted, residual moisture is absorbed by cedar chips or wood chips placed in the upper compartment.
• For optimal performance, fill the upper compartment with cedar chips up to the bottom of the ventilation holes.
